BeoWine Fair 2016

This year as well Stara Sokolova was exhibiting at one of the most attractive and most visited wine fairs in Belgrade, BeoWine Fair 2016, which was held at the same time as the Tourism Fair at exhibition halls No. 2 and 4 from 18 to 21 February 2016. Among 105 local and regional producers of wine and fruit brandies, the stand of Stara Sokolova had the most beautiful guest – the female falcon (Sokolica) of the Serbian Falconry Club Pancevo, which became a true attraction of the fair.

What makes this even more interesting is that one of the products from the wide range of products is called Sokolica and the hosts like to say when joking, that this traditional double-distilled plum brandy is “a younger sister of the Old Falcon (Stari Soko)”.
