• 100 g dark chocolate
  • 20 g egg yolks
  • 150 g egg whites
  • 60 g whole eggs
  • 50 g prunes
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 40 ml sweet cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 ml sparkling mineral water
  • 10 ml Stara Sokolova plum brandy
  • 60 g flour T-400
  • 400 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 150 ml water

Preparation: Make the batter and fry the pancakes. Finely chop the prunes and walnuts, mix with 50g of sugar and marinate the mixture with the plum brandy. Add 50g of sugar to egg yolks, mix and then pour 30ml of milk and cook above water steam. Add the chocolate and mix with sweet cream. Cook the remaining sugar with water and add slowly to the whipped egg whites to make the meringue mixture. Fill the pancakes with the prunes filling then make the rolls.

Arranging: Put the chocolate cream on the plate, place the pancake roll, add the meringue and flambé it.
